This policy explains how Beyond The Feed ("we", "us") collects and uses personal information when you visit this website or get in touch with us. Beyond The Feed Ltd is a social-first marketing agency based in Manchester and Cheshire, United Kingdom. We are a private limited company registered in England and Wales (company number 17045567). What we collect

When you send an enquiry through our contact form, we collect the information you choose to give us: your name, email address, business or brand name, the service you are interested in, your preferred shoot location and your project details. If you email us directly, we receive your email address and anything you include in your message.

When you browse the site, our website platform collects limited technical information, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit. Some of this is collected through cookies. See our Cookie Policy for details.

How we use your information

We use enquiry information to reply to you, discuss your project, prepare proposals and, if we work together, deliver and manage that work. We use technical information to keep the website secure and working properly and, only where you have consented, to understand how visitors use the site.

We will not add you to a marketing mailing list because you sent an enquiry. If we ever offer a newsletter, we will only send it to people who have actively signed up.

Our lawful bases

Legitimate interests: responding to enquiries and running our business. Contract: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and performing that contract. Consent: non-essential cookies and analytics. You can withdraw consent at any time.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, such as our website platform Squarespace (which hosts this site and stores form submissions) and our email provider. These providers act on our instructions. Some providers may process data outside the UK; where they do, they use appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum, or standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information for as long as we need it to respond and, if we work together, to manage the project and meet our legal and accounting obligations. When it is no longer needed, we delete it securely.

Your rights

You have the right to access your personal information, to ask us to correct or delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to ask for a copy in a portable format. To use any of these rights, email hello@beyondthefeedagency.com. We will respond within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please contact us first so we can try to put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
